OYAIZU Matcha No. 65 is high-grade shaded green tea which is carefully cultivated under the shade, and harvested at the first season in May called Ichiban cha. It is made of mainly Yabukita specie which is popular for making Sencha. Its character is slightly bitter with dark green colour. Because of its resistant dark green colour, it is recommended for cookings that use heat.
