PREPARATION:
1) Arrange the croissant on a tray.
2) Allow 30 - 45 minutes at room temperature (20°C).
3) Preheat the hot air oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
4) Bake for 13 - 14 minutes with the vent open at 165 - 170°C.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
- Date of minimum durability: 365 days (12 months) from the date of deep freezing marked on the package.
- Store at -18°C or below before use. 
- DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
