Authentic and delicious French croissant Charentes-Poitou is made with the finest French ingredients, including wheat flour, eggs, and the ultimate AOP grade butter. This is the source of the baked goods' distinct flavor and aroma.

PREPARATION:
1) Arrange the croissant on a tray.
2) Allow 30 - 45 minutes at room temperature (20°C).
3) Preheat the hot air oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
4) Bake for 13 - 14 minutes with the vent open at 165 - 170°C.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
- Date of minimum durability: 365 days (12 months) from the date of deep freezing marked on the package.
- Store at -18°C or below before use. 
- DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
