Return Policy

 

     Every product from foodguru.co.th will go through quality control procedures and will be carefully checked to ensure accuracy before shipping out. To ensure customer satisfaction after purchase, Food Guru is willing to accept a return/refund in case of any error caused by the company.

 

Return / Refund terms and conditions

 

  • • The item requested for a return/refund must be purchased from foodguru.co.th only.
  • • In case the item requested for a return/refund is not under our condition, Food Guru reserves the right, under any circumstances, to reject the request.
  • • Return / Refund request must be made within 7 days after the order is delivered.
  • • Due to health safety and sanitary concern, all products in the following categories: Meat, Seafood, Frozen, Dry, Desserts, Bakery, and Drinks, are not returnable or refundable except in case if the incorrect item was shipped by mistake.
  • • Food Guru reserves the right to reject, under any circumstances, every request to return or refund.
  • • Items under promotional program ex. discounted items, freebies, and redeemed items can’t be returned or exchanged into cash and need to be returned with the main item in case of a return/refund.
  • • Food Guru reserves the right to refund the shipping fee as well as other service charges.

 

 

Return / Refund Procedure

  1. 1. Report your return/refund request via e-mail at aroi@foodguru.co.th or Tel. 098 467 8888. Please attach your order receipt or proof of purchase with details of the item.
  2. 2. Once confirmed by our staff, please ship back the requested item, including parcel box and other items to the address below:

  1. 3. After the inspection, if the requested item is under our return/refund condition, our staff will contact back to confirm and begin the procedures.
  2. 4. If the item is in stock and ready to be shipped, we will ship you the new item within 7 – 14 business days. If the item is 

 

 

Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
